Robertson Bank in Demopolis appoints Chairman of Bankers 2 Leaders board

Robertson Banking Company in Demopolis has appointed its Senior Vice President of Human Resources Katie Windham to serve as chairman of the board of the Bankers 2 Leaders Board of Directors.

"Bankers 2 Leaders is a section of the Alabama Bankers Association with the primary responsibility of developing career enhancement leadership training, promoting banker community involvement, and providing opportunities and tools for banker political advocacy," said an announcement on social media. 

Windham has more than 24 years of experiences in Human Resources, said the announcement. The joined the company in 2005 as Human Resources Officer and has served on the board since 2017 and joined the executive committee in 2021.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Auburn University, and recently completed the Bank Executive Leadership Certification Program sponsored by Bankers 2 Leaders.

She is active in the Demopolis Rotary Club and is a member of First United Methodist Church of Demopolis.
