Stoney Pritchett

Selma High Principal Stoney Pritchett has been moved to oversee Saints Virtual Academy and the Alternative Learning Center.

Selma City School Board has rehired Stoney Pritchett to serve as principal of Selma High School.

In a social media post Tuesday night, Selma City Schools announced the rehiring of Pritchett saying, "With his strong track record and deep commitment to the Saints Nation, we are thrilled to welcome him back."

Pritchett, a Selma native, led Selma High for five years before being removed in June 2023 to lead Selma Saints Virtual Academy and the Alternative Learning Center instead. Pritchett left the district that summer and became principal of Bessemer City High in Jefferson County.
