This episode of Food for the Soul features Dallas County resident Alicia Chestnut making her greens recipe using healthier ingredients. She is using the kitchen at Blue Jean Church in Selma, where she lives.
Food for the Soul is a segment of Health Matters and is produced by Kingfisher Media in partnership with Selma nonprofit Our Community Doc that promotes helpful community health practices.
Health Matters received grant funding from Mike & Gillian Goodrich Foundation and Daniel Foundation to make these healthy videos.
