Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Willie Lee Craig Single to Jim Walter Homes, Inc. dated June 5, 2007; said mortgage being recorded on June 27, 2007, in Book 1377, Page 638 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1637, Page 186 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama.
The undersigned, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Court House in Dallas County, Alabama during the legal hours of sale (between 11am and 4pm), on the 15th day of November, 2022 the following property, situated in Dallas County, Alabama, to-wit:

Said property is commonly known as 1801 Green St, Selma, AL 36703.
Should a conflict arise between the property address and the legal description the legal description will control.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority, all outstanding liens for public utilities which constitute liens upon the property, any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, easements, rights-of-way, zoning ordinances, restrictions, special assessments, covenants, the statutory right of redemption pursuant to Alabama law, and any matters of record including, but not limited to, those superior to said Mortgage first set out above. Craig Field Airport and Industrial Authority (CFAIA) along with the Pine Glen Homeowner’s Association will hold a meeting on November 12, 2022, at 9 a.m. in the Homeowner’s Community Center, Building 37, at Craig Field.
The purpose of the meeting is to notify and update homeowners of the intent of CFAIA to apply for an EPA Brownfield Grant to remove buildings on the flight line and near the homeowner entrance. The purpose is to increase resident safety and revitalize the flight line.
CFAIA will retain a copy of the Brownfield application at 48 Fifth Street located at Craig Field. Zoom capabilities will be provided.
