Artist Jo Taylor is pleased with the amount and colors received so far but is asking for more.

Taylor announced in late January that she planned to create a mosaic using china and pottery broken by the tornado that swept through Selma and Dallas County on Jan. 12. She asked residents to donate broken dishes and such for the project. The delivery of broken dishes was slow at first, but Taylor is the recipient of boxes upon boxes of dishes, cups and figurines cracked or broken by the tornado.
