Wrap individually: Wrap each sandwich tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap, then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container.Â
Freeze: Store the sandwiches in the freezer for up to one month.Â

Savory Baked Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant SandwichesÂ
IngredientsÂ
4 large croissantsÂ
12 slices baconÂ
6 large eggsÂ
4 slices Colby Jack cheeseÂ
4 slices Swiss cheeseÂ
3 tablespoons unsalted, melted butterÂ
1 tablespoon yellow mustardÂ
1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoningÂ
2 teaspoons garlic powderÂ
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceÂ
Salt and pepper to tasteÂ
¼ cup green onions, choppedÂ
InstructionsÂ
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Â
Cut the croissants in half, lengthwise, splitting the top and bottom half.Â
Place the bottom halves into a baking dish, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.Â
Pan fry the bacon until it’s crisped to your liking.Â
Remove the bacon from the skillet and reduce the heat to low.Â
Wipe out the skillet, leaving a little bit of grease to cook the eggs.Â
Whisk together 6 eggs with a dash of salt and pepper and add them to the hot pan.Â
Slowly fold the eggs until scrambled and fluffy.Â
To the bottom half of each croissant, add one slice of Colby Jack cheese, ¼ of the scrambled eggs, three slices of bacon and a slice of Swiss cheese. Cover with the top half of the croissant.Â
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, mustard, Everything Bagel seasoning, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.Â
Brush the tops of the croissants with the melted butter mixture and sprinkle the green onions on top.Â
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the croissants are nice and toasted. Enjoy.Â
