The city of Selma held a ceremony on July 19 to recognize the reopening of Ronnie Sharpe Park’s new basketball court that was renovated in partnership with the Big Ten Conference, who had officials in attendance at the ribbon cutting on Voeglin Avenue. Upgrades to the courts include new surfacing, fresh striping and improved backboards. Todd and Cindy talk about that in this segment of the Black Belt Newscast.
