The 49th Annual Black Belt Folk Roots Festival is set for Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Thomas Gilmore Courthouse Square in Eutaw.

The free event is a celebration of crafts, music, dancing, storytelling, food, art and community in the Black Belt region. It will feature handmade crafts, live music and children's activities. 

The Thomas Gilmore Courthouse Square is located at 101 Tuscaloosa Street in Eutaw.
