The Airing of the Quilts Festival in Gee's Bend is set for Oct. 7.Â
The event will feature workshops, tours and discussion panels. Pre-registration is required and can be done here.Â
The event is free to attend but a $25 donation is suggested to support the community.Â
Gee's Bend is located at the Boykin community of Wilcox County.
