Applications are open for the 2026 YoungArts National Arts Competition for students between ages 15 to 18.Â
Students can apply in ten disciplines: classical music, dance, design, film, jazz, photography, theater, visual arts, voice, and writing.
Winners will receive cash awards of up to $10,000 along with mentorship from artists, professional support, and scholarship opportunities, said a post on social media from the Alabama State Council on the Arts.Â
