ArtsRevive will hold a reception for textile artist Betty Anderson from Camden on April 9 at 5:30 p.m.

Anderson is the founder of the Shoe Shop and Quilt Museum, which is located in her father’s old business and contains pieces made by her relatives.

"Her work and the museum she founded tell the story of family, craftsmanship, and community, preserving quilts and artifacts that date back to the 1800s," said an announcement from ArtsRevive.

The reception will be held at Gallery 905 on 905 Water Avenue in Selma.
