According to CrimeStoppers 215 STOP Mathew Devante Harvest is wanted by federal authorities for alleged conspiracy to commit bank fraud and mail fraud.Â
He may be in or around the Montgomery area. Anyone who sees him is advised to refrain from approaching or detaining him.Â
