Tornado stock II

The western and central portions of the Black Belt are under a tornado watch until 6 p.m. tonight. 

In addition to tornados severe storms could bring damaging winds gusting at 65 mph and quarter-sized hail. 

The following counties may be affected: 

Butler, Crenshaw, Monroe, Clarke, Wilcox, Choctaw, Greene and Perry. 

The public is advised to stay up to date with weather reports and take precautions as needed.
