C.H.O.I.C.E. Uniontown will host Wellness on Wheels health fair on Feb. 28. 

The free event will provide health screenings, education, and valuable resources for all. 

"Events like this reflect the strength of our partnerships and our shared commitment to increasing access to services within our community," said a press release from C.H.O.I.C.E. Uniontown. 

The health fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

C.H.O.I.C.E. Uniontown is located at 60 Hamburg Duncan Road.
