Candy in a box

Central Alabama CrimeStoppers recently made an announcement expression their appreciation for a "generous" donation of candy from the Heart of Alabama Food Bank in Montgomery. 

"Thanks to this kind donation, we were able to provide candy for our law enforcement partners across the state for their community Halloween events," said the announcement on CrimeStoppers' Facebook page.

The food bank donated several pallets of candy to be used for the Montgomery Police Department and the county sheriff's office's Halloween Spooktacular being held today at the Garret Coliseum until 8:30 p.m.
