The Clarke County Sheriff's Office is offering rewards for information that could lead to the arrests of suspects behind two crimes that took place on Coffeeville Day.Â
A $1,000 reward is being offered for information on who fired an automatic weapon during the event, though no injuries were reported.Â
"We are blessed that no one was injured due to the carelessness and recklessness of the individuals who fired the weapons during the festivities of Coffeeville Day," said an announcement from the office.Â
Another reward is being offered for anyone who can lead police to a suspect that struck a pedestrian with a silver or grey Kia before fleeing the scene.Â
"We are committed to the safety of our community, and appreciate the support of the public in order to hold all accountable who jeopardize that safety," said the announcement.Â
Anyone who has information is asked to call the Clarke County Sheriff's Office at 251-275-4254.
