Everyone could use a second chance, and local industries need trained workers.
Dallas County Court Services has programs that can do both.
Dallas County Court Services held an event Oct. 13 to celebrate two men who took advantage of a second chance to better themselves. Both men were trained by the same welding academy and were hired by Ray Harrison of Rayco Industrial.
