A warming center at the Crump Community Center in Montgomery will open tonight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. 

Those in need of a warm place to stay are invited 1751 Congressman W.L. Dickinson Drive while temperatures are projected to drop significantly. 

"Residents without heat are encouraged to use the warming center rather than remain at home in unsafe conditions," said an announcement from the Montgomery Alabama Emergency Management.
