The Dallas County Health Department is offering a free breast and cervical cancer screening and treatment program to eligible women with no insurance or low income.Â
To have a low income it must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines.Â
The Alabama Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program provides women of ages 40 to 64 with mammograms (with follow-up), pap smear (with routine follow-up) and further testing cancer treatment for those who need it.Â
