A Dallas County man has been arrested and charged with murder following the shooting of Eddie Lee from White Hall.Â
The killing of the 43-year-old man was the first homicide of 2023 in Lowndes County. He was found inside of an SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.Â
According to the Lowndes Signal the suspect has been identified as Christopher Earl Raymond, Jr., 27.
Raymond was arrested after police investigated phone records and received community tips. He is being held at the Lowndes County Detention Facility without bond.Â
