The Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) National Prescription Drug Takeback Day is slated for this Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The public is invited to turn in unneeded medication at drop off locations throughout the nation.

Residents in Thomasville may drop off at the Thomasville Police Department on 137 Adams Avenue. 

Visit https://www.dea.gov/takebackday to look up where you can leave medications for safe disposal.
