Several were injured in a vehicle wreck involving five cars in Selma on Wednesday.Â
According to WAKA, the accident occurred after 5 p.m. in the 600 block of Medical Center Parkway. Those who were injured were transported for medical treatment.Â
Selma Police Lt. Ray Blanks reported that a car was flipped over while two others had "heavy damage". One person was cut out of a car by fire department personnel.Â
The crash caused part of Medical Center Parkway to be temporarily closed.Â
