Jerria Martin has been reappointed by Gov. Kay Ivey to the Executive Board of the Public Library Service, representing the seventh district of Alabama. 

Martin is active in community services in Selma, having won a "Game Changer" award last year by the Chamber of Commerce. 

"I have made honesty and integrity a priority in my Administration" Ivey said in a letter to Martin. "and I know that you will embody these two virtues while serving the people of Alabama." 

Martin's term of service will expire on Dec. 20, 2026.
