The Small Business Administration (SBA) will host Landlord Community Forum at the Edmundite Missions' Community Center on Wednesday, March 29 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Topics to be covered for those who own rental property in Dallas County include: 

Understanding Disaster Loans

  • How can I rebuild with a disaster loan?
  • Is my business eligible to receive a loan? 
  • How much can my business qualify for? 
  • Need working capital or mitigation funding?

Business Assistance 

  • New disaster loan applications
  • Additional documents for existing applications 
  • Status updates on existing applications

A Q&A session will follow. The community center is located at 1428 Broad Street.
