A man has been arrested in Montgomery County for the death of a man from Tennessee after he was involved in a boat crash.Â
A statement from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) said that on March 24 William Alexander Marks Acreman, 30, of Wetumpka, was operating a 19ft War Eagle vessel that crashed on March 7.Â
Among those injured was Johnathan Barranger, 30, of Nashville, Tenn. Barranger succumbed to his injuries on March 24.Â
According to the statement Acreman booked into the Montgomery County Jail under a $90,000 bond. He has been charged with reckless murder and assault in the first degree.
