A man from Montgomery was arrested after he reportedly spat on an officer as they attempted to remove him in a Millbrook courtroom. 

According to WAKA, Dalvin White had become angry during a hearing for a traffic violation and was ordered removed. 

White is said to have spat on an officer while resisting the removal and was tased. He was found guilty of contempt of court and now faces charges of assault with bodily fluids, assault in the third degree and resisting arrest.

Warrants were secured against White and will be served against him after completing his sentence of jailtime for contempt of court.
