Demopolis High School (DHS) Baseball Coach James Moody has been inducted into the Alabama Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame or AlaBCA. 

"Coach Moody's career is defined by outstanding service, remarkable achievements and a steadfast commitment to the game," said an announcement from AlaBCA. 

"His influence reaches far beyond the field, marked by exemplary character, unwavering integrity, and leadership that lifts every player and program he's touched. His contributions have strengthened amateur baseball across the state and inspired generations of athletes to chase excellence with heart." 

Moody is a driver's education teacher at the high school and a graduate of Trinity Presbyterian School in Montgomery.
