Police have arrested the suspect of a shooting that took place last month in which one person died and another was injured in Montgomery.Â
According to an announcement from CrimeStoppers 215 STOP, the incident took place on April 11 at the 900 block of Grove Street.Â
35-year-old Andre Smith was found at the scene and pronounced dead while a woman was found injured and taken to a hospital for treatment.Â
Kimayactha Watson, 40, was recently arrested for the crime and is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility without bond.Â
A $1,000 reward was given to an anonymous tipster who gave information that led to the arrest.Â
