A public engagement meeting will be held at Montgomery City Hall on Wednesday and Thursday to discuss proposed zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations with assistance from Clarion Associates.

The City of Montgomery and Clarion Associates are developing updated regulations to different modules. The first module can be seen here.

"The module includes newly streamlined zone districts. Existing districts used in the City’s residential neighborhoods are carried forward with some consolidation of nearly identical districts to reduce duplication," said a description on the city's website.

"Additional new districts support the redevelopment of some of the City’s commercial sites. In addition, the zone districts are presented in a whole new way, with more colorful tables and dimensional drawings that illustrate how the dimensional standards impact the look of development in each district."

Representatives from Clarion Associates will be available to receive input from citizens regarding the modules.
