Montgomery Whitewater art

Montgomery Whitewater has been ranked among the world's "greatest places" for 2024 by Time Magazine. 

Whitewater was designed by Scott Shipley, a former Olympian and champion kayaker. It opened to the public in July 2023, Time notes. 

The park features green spaces, walking paths and activities related to flatwater paddling, whitewater rafting, and surfing. 

Future additions include ziplining, rock climbing and ropes courses, and mountain biking trails among others.
