BUTTE, Mont. - Butte School District No. 1 and Butte Central Catholic Schools announced they are cancelling all classes Thursday, March 12 and will be fully closed in anticipation of the heavy windstorm blowing through most of Montana and the Northwest.

Butte Central Catholic Schools announced in a social media post that all schools will close Thursday due to "severe wind advisory." 

Butte School District No. 1 confirmed to NonStop Local that all classes are cancelled Thursday.
