A never-before-seen love letter from Amy Winehouse to her jailed husband has sold for almost £5,000 (nearly $7,800) at auction.
The "Rehab" singer sent the Valentine's card to Blake Fielder-Civil in February 2009 while he was locked up in a Suffolk prison.
Winehouse penned the romantic note after he had filed for divorce, and while she was on vacation in the Caribbean — where she was rumored to have started a new romance.
The letter says: "My husband, my Blake. Virtue is violent, and violets are blue. Blue - bruised is my heart since its beatings' for you.
"I love you handsome, your Valentine 4 years strong. Your Amy."
She finishes the card with a kiss, which is also adorned with love hearts.

The item, which comes with an envelope addressed to Fielder-Civil in prison and bearing stamps from St. Lucia, was expected to fetch between £2,000 ($2,720) and £4,000 ($5,440).
But it exceeded the estimate, eventually selling for £4,940 (nearly $6,715) including fees.
Ewbank's, based in Guildford, Surrey, made the sale Wednesday (Aug. 26) — close to the anniversary of Winehouse's tragic death.
She passed away on July 23, 2011, aged just 27.
Fielder-Civil was jailed for 27 months in 2008 for attacking a pub landlord the year and subsequently offering a bribe to make the victim withdraw his police statement.
He was released early but then recalled to prison after failing a court-ordered drug test.
He spent much of his sentence in HMP Edmunds Hill — now HMP Highpoint North.
Despite attempts to reconcile, he and Winehouse divorced in July 2009.
