The National Weather Service has confirmed two tornadoes hit Wilcox County on April 6. 

The survey team found two tornadoes occurred near the town of Pine Hill and rated both EF-1 with track lengths of 1.22 miles and 0.51 miles.

One caused damage to several homes and two businesses, including Mike's Country Kitchen which says it is closed until repairs can be made.
