Veteran coach Termaine Todd takes Rams by the horns, asks for community support

Coach Termaine Todd brings experience and new ideas as he takes over as head football coach at Francis Marion.

When the Francis Marion Rams take to the football field for the 2022 season, there will be someone new on the sideline calling the plays. He is Coach Termaine Todd.

A 15-year veteran coach, Coach Todd comes to Marion from Russell County, where he was a secondary coach. His record includes four trips to the state championships. The team took the championship trophy twice.

Todd said one of the things that brought him to Marion was “the small-town vibe. I grew up in Prattville, and it reminded me of home. It felt so comfortable, and it felt like the right thing to do.” He said being closer to his hometown was another draw for the Marion area.
