Queen City Market owner recognized with 'Woman of Business' award at Women Shaping Our Community

Queen City Market owner Mandy Henry was recognized with seven others during the recent Women Shaping Our Community ceremony held by the Selma and Dallas County Chamber of Commerce. 

Henry was recognized for her accomplishments with the 'Woman of Business" award at the event. 

"The Woman in Business Award recognizes a woman who has demonstrated achievement, growth and success in a particular industry," the chamber stated in a message detailing each one who was recognized.  

"The recipient of the Business Excellence Award understands the importance of innovative ideas, education, competent decision-making, mentoring and community service. She is known to many as a woman who has made a difference in the business community and her profession."
