City officials are celebrating the reopening of the Regency Park Community Center in Montgomery after a series of renovations.Â
Among the upgrades for the center are fresh paint, updated flooring, modern ceiling tiles, and a renovated gym.
"As one of Montgomery’s largest community centers, Regency Park offers a wide range of amenities, including multiple playing fields, a spacious gymnasium, open play areas, and a swimming pool," said an announcement from the City of Montgomery. "The center also provides after‑school programming and full‑day summer programming for children."
The pool will open on May 26. Its hours are Monday to Saturday at 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $2 per person.Â
