A ribbon cutting was held for River Region United Way in Montgomery on Tuesday, May 20.

An announcement on social media by the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) stated that the nonprofit has a new office location on South Perry Street.

River Region United Way serves community needs in Autauga, Elmore, Lowndes, Macon and Montgomery counties.

"This exciting move marks more than just a new address — it represents a growing vision for impact," said a post by MACC. "While continuing to fund dozens of nonprofits across the region, this new space will allow United Way to expand its reach by offering classes, meeting spaces, and hands-on services to better serve our community."
