The dates have been set for performances of "The Nutcracker" by the Montgomery Ballet in Selma, Greenville and Montgomery.
“Each year we work to ensure that the performing arts reach every corner of our region,” said Danny Mitsios, Artistic-Executive Director of Montgomery Ballet. “Through the LEAP program, we’re giving students the opportunity to experience professional ballet as part of their education—many for the very first time.”
This year performances will feature public shows and LEAP (Linking Education and Art Performances) matinees for students.

- Monday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. (LEAP School Show for Butler County Schools)
Selma
Wallace Community College
- Friday, Dec. 12 – 10 a.m. (LEAP School Show)
- Friday, Dec. 12 – 6 p.m. (Public Performance)
Montgomery
Montgomery Performing Arts Centre
- Sunday, Dec. 14 at 6 p.m. (Public Performance)
- Monday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. (LEAP School Show)
