Tomorrow Selma residents are asked to wear green in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month.Â
The City of Selma provided a link for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration or SAMHSA, which gives tips on how to see signs of problems and treat them.Â
SAMHSA recommends anyone who may be struggling with issues to talk about them with others and come up with plans to seek help and make recovery plans.Â
Mental health issues affect people of all ages, professions and backgrounds, SAMHSA says.Â
See here for SAMHSA's page on mental health.Â
