Downtown Selma

Residents of Selma are invited to attend the State of the City address scheduled for March 23 at the Carl C. Morgan Convention Center. 

Selma Mayor Johnny Moss, III will deliver an overview of updates and "progress" happening in the city. 

"This year’s address will reflect on the administration’s transition efforts, initial progress, and outline strategic initiatives focused on rebuilding Selma together," said an announcement from the City of Selma on social media. 

The address will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the center located on 211 Washington Street.
