Libby Pearce, a junior Morgan Academy student, was elected Alabama Independent School Association’s (AISA) State SGA president on Wednesday.Â
Pearce will lead the AISA state project in 2026. The project is Camille’s Place and is expected to raise more than $10,000 in funds.Â
She was the executive officer for the SGA at Morgan Academy for two before recently being elected its president. Additionally, she helped Morgan Academy win the award for AISA Class AA Best SGA of the Year and has served as the AISA State SGA Chaplain for the 2024-2025 school year.
