The Alabama Department of Archives and History (ADAH) will hold "African Americans and the Arts: A Black History Month Event" on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 3 p.m.
The free, family-friendly event will feature museum scavenger hunt, crafts, book readings, and presentations on black Alabamians and their contributions to the arts.
There will also be an exhibit with items from the ADHA museum and archival collections, well as digitized historical news footage.
ADAH is located at 624 Washington Avenue in Montgomery.
