Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07) will present checks funding infrastructure revitalization efforts and mental health services in Selma on Thursday, Oct. 10.Â
At 1:30 p.m. Sewell will present a $1,666,279 check to Selma Mayor James Perkins and officials to repair roads and sidewalks within a 12-block area of downtown.Â
The presentation will be made at Selma City Hall on 222 Broad Street.Â
Following this, Sewell will present a $600,000 check to Rural Health Medical Program (RHMP) CEO Keshee Dozier-Smith to expand its mental health and substance abuse services at 2:30 p.m. Â
RHMP is located at 101 Park Place.Â
