Trustmark is hosting a myTeller awareness day to showcase the new ITM located at 1308 E. Highland Avenue, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9.
During this time, customers are invited to drive up to experience myTeller and drive away with a treat bag.
Trustmark is opening a convenient, contactless customer offering, myTeller Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), in Selma and several other markets.
myTeller allows customers to experience face-to-face interactions with a Trustmark teller through audio/video delivery in a safe and convenient way. Customers can deposit checks, make withdrawals, transfers or loan payments, and even cash checks to the penny.
myTeller offers additional benefits, including extended banking hours Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. myTeller also functions as a traditional ATM for convenient 24/7 banking, with same day credit for most deposits made by 9 p.m. on weeknights.
“Our customers are discovering the convenience of banking with extended hours with our new myTeller machine,” said Trustmark Market President Andy Stewart. “The new ITM allows for safe, contactless interaction with our associates, with nearly all of the services that can be done inside a branch.”
