Police have arrested Jerico D. Parker, a suspect who was the subject of a manhunt in Dallas County.Â
The United States Marshals Service earlier posted a $10,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension and arrest of Parker.
At approximately 12 a.m. the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Tactical Team with USMS arrested Parker in the Jones community.Â
He was transported to the Perry County Correctional Facility where he is being held without bond.
He has been charged with domestic violence in the first degree, aggravated stalking, stalking in the first degree, felony attempting to elude, and interference with a domestic violence emergency call.
Parker had previously been described as "armed and extremely" dangerous when he was at large.Â
USMS was assisted by ALEA along with the SBI Tactical Team, Aviation Unit and Highway Patrol Division, along with the Alabama Department of Corrections’ (ADOC) K-9 Tracking Team.Â
