The University of Alabama (UA) recently kicked off its Beat Auburn Beat Hunger Food Drive for the West Alabama Food Bank. 

September is the month set aside to make the public aware of hunger issues and what food banks do.

Selma Area Food Bank will take donations as part of the 2022 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive on Saturday, May 14. 

The Selma Area Food Bank (SAFB) recently received a $10,000 donation from the United Way of Selma and Dallas County. 

On Friday, Oct. 30, the Christian Outreach Alliance will hold its Stock the Shelves Food and Fund Drive for its food pantry.
