Thomasville 50, Sumter Central 0
Thomasville scored almost every way possible in the first half, with two rushing touchdowns, two passing touchdowns, a punt return touchdown, an interception returned for a touchdown and a safety. The game was scoreless in the second half.
Lowndes Academy 45, Clarke Prep 2
Jeremy Hardy Jr. rushed for touchdowns of 56 and 66 yards and caught a 32-yard touchdown pass from Braydn Stokes in the rout of Clarke Prep. Stokes added a 10-yard scoring scamper, and Whit Holley returned an interception 35 yards for a score. Clarke’s safety ended the scoring in the first half of the third quarter.
Thorsby 62, Wilcox Central 12
Wilcox's Jaguars fell to 0-4 with a loss to their Region 3 rivals and a game against 2-2 Thomasville coming Friday.Â
Leroy 40, Sweet Water 13
Leroy led 24-0 after the first quarter and cruised to the region win.
Demopolis 38, Montevallo 6
The Tigers held Montevallo scoreless until the fourth quarter and led 24-0 by the end of the first quarter.Â
Hale County 34, Greensboro 8
Hale went up 34-0 before allowing a late touchdown to the Raiders.
Sipsey Valley 48, Aliceville 32
Aliceville got as close as 21-20 before the Bears pulled away.
