The Morgan Academy Lady Senators varsity softball team took a couple of steps back in the Tuesday, April 12 doubleheader against Clarke Prep at home.
The Lady Senators dropped the first game 16 to 0 and lost second game 11-1.
Morgan Academy varsity head softball coach Matthew Allen said, “Last few games our progression has been trending upwards, but We took a couple steps backward this game, which tends to happen with a team this young.”
He said, “These last four games we really have to push to try and end the season on a positive note.”
The Lady Senators are O-16 overall and 0-9 in area play.
