Missouri’s NIL marketing agency is bringing back a familiar face.

Mario Moccia is set to be hired as the next CEO of Every True Tiger Brands, the NIL marketing agency that facilitates name, image and likeness deals for Missouri athletes, according to multiple reports Wednesday. Moccia replaces Brad Larrondo, who left the position in December.

The 58-year-old most recently served as athletic director at New Mexico State before being fired in early 2025. Moccia previously spent eight years at MU, from 1998 to 2006, as an associate AD, working in revenue generation and external operations.

Every True Tiger Brands helps organize NIL opportunities for Mizzou athletes and oversees the distribution of revenue-sharing funds.

Moccia’s return comes as schools and collectives continue adapting to the evolving NIL landscape across college athletics.
