Gaddy Electric & Plumbing Co in Demopolis has sold to a firm in Utah.
Kelso Industries of Draper, Utah, announced on Friday that it has acquired Gaddy Electric, which has been in business for 70 years.
Kelso Industries is a provider of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related building services.
Gaddy Electric & Plumbing Company, a multi-generational family business, is located in the Demopolis Industrial Park. The company did not respond to a request for comment.
Honigman handled the deal through its deal team led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Alexander Whang and Michael Rhoad with support from Associates Lea Glenn and Kelly Lewis advised Kelso on the transaction.
